I understand that this is a contract job, not employment, and there is a $20.00 cash T-shirt security deposit for this contractor's work. You will get a receipt for this of course. There are several reasons we are requiring this. We are an event and staff is VERY important. If there is a bond you will have a responsibility to work the event. Understandably, we cannot have a successful festival with no staff. This $20.00 will be refunded the Thursday following the event date along with the event's compensation.
